I thought this was well done and concerning.


Somewhat like a 7 minute Black Mirror episode followed by a real-life PSA. We're not there yet, but we could get there. I think things like this are useful because I fear sometimes that by the time most people start to care about certain technology it could be too late to make good choices. By exposing people to a scary potential future, maybe better choices can be made while they're still possible.

I used to be an inveterate futurist. It took me a long time to fully embrace the wisdom that there are things we might not necessarily want to use science and technology to do.
