Yes!!! It was a mess. I couldn't figure out what or why this was happening. It only got worse. I got rid of the phone.

I talked to someone at Device Pitstop (here in Minnesota) and he said it wouldn't really be much more of a problem for me.


I am going to ask for a partial refund of $50.00 and hopefully keep it - what I will have paid for it at that point will be $125.00.
