Is it possible to add video in your personal Facebook banner (videos, Google)

The only option I have to add video to my personal Facebook profile is by clicking on Update Cover Photo > Select Artwork (see below).

However when you get to the "Artwork" there is no option there to add your own video. It only contains pre-made videos by facebook. Has anybody been able to get around this and upload their own video as a banner on their personal Facebook page?

I haven't done it, but I think it should be.

I tried and failed. It takes video but only those that seem to have been created by Facebook.
