Default IEI prox.pad help needed

I am trying to find a printer for a stand alone IEI proxpad but can't find info about it online. From what I understand, there is a printer available that you plug into the proxpad and it prints out a tape of transactions. will the printer also print out a list of codes that have been programmed into the system?

Also, no record was maintained of the internal codes as new residents were entered. I have to delete user codes for former residents, but they can't be deleted without knowing the internal code number. Is my only option deleting all codes and re-entering the ones that we want to keep? I have ten stand alone proxpads, so if wiping out and re-entering codes is required, I think my head will explode!

The prox pad has an IR port next to the yellow flashing led and when programmed will dump what you want into a Palm Pilot. IEI has the software on their site for free. The printer would also be IR(infrared) and is available on their site.

Default about the printer for the iei proxpad

yes there is a printer its made by hp and the m # i think is 82240b but the only thing is if you have installed any like 4 years ago and replaced them in the past year the printer will not work you have to use an palm pilot and the palm pilot puts all the in raw data you cant conver it i think the reason they did that is they want you to by the plus baecause i think you can still use the printer on the plus model if any one knows how to convert raw card data hit me back
