Default Best breakfast places?

Can you guys and gals recommend some breakfast places within a 10 min or so bus ride from downtown Seattle? A few places near my place offer breakfast, but they tend to be overpriced items ($10-12 for eggs and toast).

When I was there I only ate breakfast between the hours of 2 am and 5 am. But I can recomend the 24-hour 13 Coins and The Hurricane Cafe.

I also like Geraldine's, and Columbia City is a fairly quick Link Light Rail trip from downtown nowadays.

We've been meaning to try Table 219 for brunch, but haven't yet. I remember reading about their "Seattle Slam," in an article somewhere.

We love greasy spoon type breakfasts - so I vote for Cyndy's Pancakes (yet last I heard they were turning it into a Stripper Joint - Did that actually happen?)

And if you want "Seattle" try Beth's but the wait will be crazy long...I could only go there on mornings I was alone so I didn't mind the wait.

OHHHH I figured it out - BEST breakfast I've ever had that is close/in Downtown, actually in Pike Place - and it's frickin wonderful

Cafe Campagne

And if you have time jump on a bus and head over to Macrina Bakery! Worth the trip!

The Five Point, around 4th and Cedar, just off of Denny Way, is a classic Seattle breakfast joint, and serves good food in a greasy spoon atmosphere...
Also, the 14 Carrot Cafe on Eastlake is very good for breakfast.
