Default Modern furniture stores in Seattle area?

Can anyone recommend any? Main style of interest - modern/contemporary, minimalistic, avantgarde, chic, designer's, luxury etc... Something like this:

What Ira said + Kasala. There's some boutique stores too.

I just bought a furniture set at Dania.

I think the best stores, in order are Alchemy Collections (bought a bed similar to the picture you have shown), Kasala, Dania and then Scan Design. I hope that helps.

I love Ikea's design. However, most of their collection are veneer, not solid wood; therefore, easier to fall apart. The only solid wood is pine - it's a soft wood. We have a couple things that are solid pine, they have worked out great.

OH BTW! Kasala has an outlet store in SODO. We'd grab stuff there all the time.

There is also a really nice modern furniture store in Bellevue by the fancy baby store, Merry Go Round. I don't remember what the name is.

Do they have a bigger in-store selection than online? On their websites they only offer a dozen or so beds.

We like Dania quite a bit. I've been tempted to get one of those "Stressless" recliners from Norway that they carry.
