Default Horse Property in Bellevue or other close areas

Hello - I saw your response to another person asking for info on homes in the Bellevue area. I'm considering moving to the area as my husband will be working there. I live in Utah now and own a home with horse property for my one horse. Are there any areas, not far from Bellevue, where we might find a decent house WITH horse property? Or, we'd have to look at boarding facilities close by if not. Also, is the rain as constant and depressing as I'm hearing?

Thanks for any help regarding horses in the area, etc.!

Lori

Also, within a 1/2 hour drive is a horse property that has horses for rent off Highway 9. I'm not sure if the city is still Woodinville. I'll try to find it and reply. I'm going out that way next weekend and could post the info here after that if I can't find it sooner.
