I know the economy is bad now and there probably aren't many teaching jobs out in WA, but I'm wondering if WA and NJ have a teaching certification reciprocity.

I'm certified to teach prek to 3rd grade and have a master's in early childhood education.

WOuld there be any possibilities of jobs within the next couple of years or are they already saturated?

I don't think the employment situation for teachers here is great. There is some sort of reciprocity, but you'll need to take some tests:

Residency Certificate

I am not seeing really any jobs being listed on the school district job boards throughout the Seattle area. Occasionally I see a position for English language learners being posted. Maybe once and a rare while a part time general position shows up, but I haven't really seen any in those age groups.
