Default Safe area in Seattle? Crime map?

Can someone point me to a crime map that had been available around here?

What neighborhoods are safe? I heard Magnolia is. Anywhere else to that level of safety?

Thanks guys

Like any big city, there will be some crime all over. In general though,
Magnolia, Queen Anne, and Ballard are the safest.

This site also marks crime locations and more worryingly shows you the location and photo of all registered sex offenders;

We had my wife's purse stolen from our car out in Sammamish, which everyone told us was a safe neighbourhood. So we've only been in the country 3 months and have already been a victim of crime :-(

You're safe anywhere in Seattle - bad stuff can happen anywhere. Just use common sense. I drive in, shop and dine in a supposed scary part of Seattle (Rainier Beach) nearly daily and have for the last 25 years. Never had any problem at all. Folks in Rainier Beach are just like folks anywhere - going to work every day and raising their families. I just don't go walking out on the streets at 2am. But I wouldn't do that anywhere. Just use common sense.
