What is Home Delivery account @JL Scott
My realtor from JL Scott says that he needs me to set up my Home Delivery account, asking me to click on his "Work With Me" button --- is this a form of commitment to this realtor? I haven't started working with him thus I am not ready to commit.

Anyone can sign up for that and other tools they have made available. Just don't sign anything until you are ready, and read terms and conditions before checking the box when downloading.

The thing that would commit you to working with a particular realtor is called the "Buyer's agency agreement."
If you're not ready to commit, make sure you don't sign one of those.
