Hah! Yes, I've slept in airports for about that length of time!
I can understand your challenge. To check into a hotel for that small length of time may not be worth it. Remember, you have to be back at the airport at least an hour and a half before departure so you'd have to be back around 4:00 a.m. By the time you get settled into your hotel room, it will probably be around 1:00 a.m. so that leave you with about 3 hours of sleep.
If you can sleep well in the airport environment, you'll in all likelihood get more sleep if you just stayed and slept in the terminal.
I guess you'll have to make that call.
There are several hotels which are relatively inexpensive right across the street from the airport on International Blvd (aka Pac. Hwy.). I'm assuming that most would have shuttle service if you don't feel safe making the walk.
Let's see what others have to say.

This is a new one...
Sea-Tac has some nooks and crannies where one could get some sleep without much disruption. But unless you have a couple of Xanax, couldn't imagine actually getting good sleep.
There is a Super 8 right across International Blvd., walk or shuttle, their rate might be worth it. Hint: reserve on line for lowest rates.

I have seen a couple of recommendations on this thread for people to spend the night at the airport... I would personally not travel if this was what I had to resort to, especially a woman traveling alone. Seems dangerous. Maybe I'm just a lot less adventurous than I thought I was.
Anyway, I have stayed at La Quinta, right on the airport, and they are pretty reasonable - nothing fancy, but clean and they have an early shuttle.

I agree with bmsea, and wouldn't travel at that hour in that area. It's not necessarily that dangerous, but why risk it. Better to get what sleep you can at the airport.
There is a also motel 6 that has a shuttle less than 1 mile from the airport (pac highway location), is around $60-$70 a night (actually staying there next Monday to catch an early AM flight Tuesday). For the $$$, it's one of the nicer low end hotel/motels. Anything nicer is going to run at least $100-$125 and up.
