Hi everyone,

I am going to attend Seattle central community college in September. Is there any 2 bedroom apartment/condo that is comfortable, safe, quiet and near the central community college? I am also aiming for less than 35mins of commuting from the apartment to college. And my budget is $1900 max.

Thanks a million,

Max

I don't know about 2 bedroom apts. but the Capital Hill/First Hill area is the most dencely populated area in Seattle with apartment buildings. You should have no problem finding a studio or one bedroom apartment. There is an agency on Capital Hill that will help you find an apartment. Also, just do a walk through the apartment areas of both hills and look for signs posted on the buildings. There is also a lot of 'house sharing' going on. 'The Seattle Weekly' or 'The Stranger' has a large want ad section in this area. The college itself may have listings in the student advisory bulliton board. Our church even has a bulliton board listings apartments available from the congregation, but that church is next to the UW.
