Hi, everyone!
I'm looking for a decent apartment building in Seattle, i.e. Lower Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Downtown. I'd prefer it not to have thin walls (I'm not a big fan of others lives), to be clean and nice and to have a monthly rent not higher than $1400. Your suggestions? Thanks.

There's an opening in my building which is very solid, reinforced concrete and steel (with concrete walls between units) in Cap Hill. Sent you a DM with more details.

Good luck with the apartment hunting!

Try Equinox in Eastlake. Newly built, super close to downtown, easy excess to I-5, bus stop in front, underground gated parking and view of Lake Union. I've never had problems with noise in my unit except barking dogs sometimes. Sound insulation is pretty good since the building is right next to I-5 but you don't hear it unless you are at the roof top terrace. They have studio units.
