Bright blue flashes of lightning every few seconds, long rolling thunder, it was hailing a few minutes ago but now I think it's just rain.

Still no power. In my area of Magnolia, anyway. Ballard still has power. However, the light show outside is still very good!!!

Yikes! You lost power?

I feel a little shortchanged - while I had a bit of a show here, it really didn't amount to all that much. Even the rain was pretty short lived; I had been hoping for a little more so I wouldn't have to water for a few days.

I did lose power this afternoon but it wasn't weather-related; it was out for a little less than two hours.

Hopefully you get your power back soon. I hate it when I lose power because I also lose water (and being able to flush the toilet LOL) because I am on a well.

Oh.......and if I lose power, I also lose my internet.

Which really sucks.

Yep. Still powerless at my house, still a fantastic light show outside! My laptop battery finally died so now I'm checking in on my phone. My 4g wireless internet has battery backup! Just a moment ago there was thunder so strong it caused things in the house to rattle. I have seen several flashes of lightning in the time it has taken me to type out this message.

PS that sucks about the no power no water no toilet flushing thing.

The lightning flashes are still very good but the frequency in which they're coming is starting to drop off. Still no power at my house and I think I should finally be getting to sleep anyway.

Power just came back on. I was actually just falling asleep then my phone vibrated when the power came back on and it jolted me back awake.
