Here soon my husband and I are moving to Washington as soon as I am finished with my Interior Design degree. I would like to live around Seattle, not in it, and am looking for a place that will meet my needs. I would like the commute to be short(around 30min is fine), the area to have good schools as my son will be starting kind soon, and I would like and area with a view. My husband and I are also planning on renting and I figured with the three of us I would like our rent to be around $1200 maybe a bit more if I love the place. Please any suggestions as we are moving from IN and I don't really know the Washington area well as well as have no contacts there.
