Hello
I'm moving to Bellevue this summer and have a few questions regarding traffic. Chances are I will be working in Auburn or Ravensdale. What is the AM and PM traffic like from Bellevue to those cities and back? What is the AM traffic like from Bellevue to Seattle. Is there a toll fee to get to Seattle from Bellevue? And vice versa? Is there a train or light rail that goes from Bellevue to Seattle?

405 sucks bad... there's no getting around that. It sucks bad. Once you get on 167, it's better since its a reverse commute.

Usually its better than the other options (NB/SB i5 and 520) but it's going through a progressional change. 520 just started their tolling so a lot of people are avoiding that and using i90 or other routes instead. As to how long it'll be like that or if it will normalize, we don't know.

Is there a toll fee to get to Seattle from Bellevue? And vice versa? i90 does not have a toll, no. 520 does and its rate changes according to time.

No, Light Rail will start construction soon... but won't be in effect for years.
Honestly... why live in Bellevue and work in Auburn?
