Just wanted to add that if anyone is searching a particular neighborhood, there is bound to be a neighborhood tour on youtube. I found many, but the links were too large to post here. Just so a search in youtube, for example "capitol hill tour, seattle"....I found Queen Anne, Belltown, Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard, and Capitol Hill in a quick search. Many of these are made by realtors, but give a good feel of each neighborhood's style of housing, business district, and actual streets (you can see the "real" Seattle, vs. all of the glamorous shots done by photographers).
