What is a competitive software engineer salary in Seattle (~13 yrs experience - all at one firm, senior level, presented at some major conferences)? I am trying to decide between 2 offers.

Depending on your certifications, background, and what you've presented, could be around 125k. You say you've presented at major conferences. Did you invent or patent a process or good? Or have you led a team working on various projects? I would say somewhere in the range of 145k in those cases. But again depends on prior experience certifications, etc.
