Default Kenmore water treatment plant---odor?

I am looking at a rental house that is very close to the water treatment plant in Kenmore (which is right behind Moorlands Elementary). I am wondering if the plant causes any noxious odors? I was surprised to see it literally next to the elementary school. Thoughts? TIA!

Interesting that you bring that up. Our son is going to tour a local water treatment facility (not Kenmore) as a part of the school environmental club in a few weeks. I'll ask him to see if there are any odors.

It just dawned on me....maybe it's not a waste water treatment plant, but just a water treatment plant?

Your post said water treatment so that's what I thought you meant. I really don't think there's an odor.
