The City was nuts to try that since so many residents already have broadband and smartphones. Best to spend it on fixing potholes and other infrastructure issues, and better law enforcement.

Too bad it did not work. That would have been a nice perk and attraction. Perhaps someday nobody will have to pay for Internet service. Long ways off I am afraid.
