Not many options. There is Ross in Issaquah but I find Rack in Bellevue to be a better option for that kind of shopping experience. I imagine there is a TJ Maxx's somewhere in the Seattle area but I couldn't tell you where. I do miss Stein Mart from living in TX.

In addition to Nordstrom Rack (there's one in Bellevue and also DT Seattle), Bellevue also has Marshall's. There is a TJ Maxx in DT Seattle, but it's not as good as one's I've been to in other cities so I haven't been there in ages. For housewares - I find the neatest stuff at Tues Morning, but it's really hit or miss. Usually it's miss, but when you hit - you get something really cool and unique. I also buy most of my bed linens, pillows and towels there.

There are a few rather unique boutiques in DT Kirkland and I have had really good luck perusing their sales racks. There is also an upscale consignment shop there with some pretty good deals.

We used to have Loehmann's in Factoria, but it closed down awhile ago.

There's a TJ Maxx in Factoria, next to Nordstrom Rack.

Marshalls in Renton (Landing) and Redmond.

You also have Ross dress for less in Issaquah, Renton, Redmond, and Bellevue (Overlake).

Overlake will have Marshalls, Sears, JCPenny and other assortments of little stores.
