Though looking through the list, I don't know what cities would be left for "Best Dressed" besides NYC and Chicago. They've ruled out DC and Boston (people in DC dress very well actually).

Yeah and after a visit to Chicago (granted, it was 90 degrees out) I thought that city dressed much worse than Seattle. I asked a local about it and they said it's because young college grads in the midwest move there and take their midwest dressing habits with them.
