Default Apartment complexes near Renton

My husband will be moving ahead of the rest of the family and will be looking to find a quiet 2 bedroom apartment in the Renton area (preferably east/north) under $1500/mo with covered parking. We are in our late 40s and really don't want a complex full of college kids (we have two of our own already!) Would prefer a condo/townhome with garage but don't know if this is feasible. We don't want a lease for a year as we will be looking to buy a home once our home sells here.
Any suggestions for nice safe apt/condo complexes or should we go through a realtor for condo/townhouse rentals?

Thanks!

The Sanctuary Apartments at the Landing in Renton is pretty nice. I think it's slightly higher than 1500 for a 2 bedroom.

I think that's correct. Although they also have bigger 2 bedroom, 2-bath plans that are closer to $2,000, according to a friend who was looking recently.

I don't know much about what they are like inside, but the location is pretty nice. A parking garage, plus lots of retail and restaurants within walking distance.

There are other complexes along Lake Washington Blvd. that might be worth a look, like Bristol and Bella Vista.
