I am a registered nurse with my BSN and may be relocating to WA. I have been researching info regarding salary etc. I have only worked as an RN in the South and Midwest. Does anyone have any insight as to what the nurse culture is like in Seattle? I have never worked in a union state and wonder what the differences are. Would also like some insight as to what I can expect pay wise. SC was around $30/hr day shift with benefits. KY is about $26/ hour. Is there alot of competition for jobs there? I have about 7 years experience in cardiology. Some ICU but mostly telemetry/chest pain/cardiac procedures experience. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
