DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a Highmark home! 7 months after we moved into our brand new Highmark house we had water coming into our home in 3 different places!! We have water damage, water penetration, mold growing under our carpet, shotty roof, no flashing on the exterior of the homes where there is T-1 11 siding...there is Tyvek paper completed missing in some areas! Our home also has structural integrity issues!! The houses are literally slowly falling down! There are nails pops and cracks in the drywall more than you can count. And all kinds of building code violations!!
Their rating on the BBB is an F!!!
There are 29 homes in our development built by Highmark and we ALL have these problems! We are in a class-action against Highmark right now! Our lawyer has been doing construction defect litigation for 15 years and this is the worse case he has ever seen!! Please run away and run away FAST!! This has been the worst nightmare of our lives!
And the owner, Tom Tollen, is the slimiest person alive! He has no soul!
Save yourselves from this! I wouldn't wish this upon anybody!! If you or someone you know is house shopping do you homework! Warn your friends and family about this company!

Low Mark and angryhighmark customer, I feel your pain!! We are in a class action against Highmark. I would encourage EVERY Highmark homeowner to call our lawyer, Chris Casey in Seattle. He is representing 2 different developments right now. He specializes in construction defect litigation. He has been amazing.
Everyone RUN away from Highmark Homes and Tom Tollen!!!
