Ok you're right. I will stop fighting it and just man up and accept responsibility.

RVD.

If you can fight it and get it dismissed, you'd be crazy not to. In my opinion.

Wow. Just because there are those amongst us that point out your mistake you feel justified to call them losers?? If anyone started getting "holier than thou" it was you and your mentioning of church, of not speeding often (really, I don't buy it for a second), and your 7 member van pool that you so willingly volunteered for which would so unfairly dissolve without you [insert smirk]. We weren't trying to get a one up on you dude, we were just pointing out the obvious.

If law enforcement authorities are losers, and people who are honest observers are losers, than who isn't a loser??? Anyone who is not in a perceived position of authority over you????

Well, here is one last point of observation and advice (and we'll go ahead and bust out with some of that patronizing holier-than-thou attitude). I suggest you find a new church because I don't think your current one is working for you: my 9 year old has more grace and humility than you.

Amen. So to speak.

First -this is NOT about speeding. This is about a guy throwing a fit about getting caught breaking the law. He could have come on here and complained about a DWI or petty theft crime. This is all about his reaction to the infractions and those of putting the blame squarely where it belongs. Let me put it this way.. he seems to believe, or hope, that cops should not be enforcing traffic rules. So he either wants them to ignore his speeding or he wants to pay his way out of it (but not gracefully, or not without insulting half the posters and any traffic officer doing his job). So if a law enforcement agent is willing to ignore the law in one capacity or another than we could deduce that the law enforcement officer is corrupt. Further deduction could conclude that our buddy, Sir-speed-alot, is thus in favor of corruption. Maybe it means he's corrupt. Huh, well, being corrupt or in favor of corruption is not in accordance to bending to the moral authority of God (the Lord, Jesus....fill in your deity of choice...). So maybe I get to conclude that he's a hypocrite or other choice of words that need not be said here.

Second- one token driver cruising along amongst otherwise slower drivers is not going to change my opinion that one should break the law repeatedly and respond with a slather of insults to others.

Do we really need to get into statistical modeling of why we derived such things as speed limits? It's not just to wreck havoc on the irritably inclined.

Now, now, we're here to mock your hiring lawyers to deny your repeated speeding tickets while you go to church on Sunday (probably speeding ).
