People buy Harley-Davidson and Mustangs for the same reasons, I reckon. Nothing quite like the rumble of American Iron, with a Dick's burger.

I have been in the greater Seattle area "only" 15 years and feel an affection for Dick's Burgers, too, the Lake City and Wallingford locations specifically. Solid junk food for modest money, and an opportunity to hang around a parking lot tailgating for a few minutes during the summer. Or in your car if you need a fast cold-weather bite.

They're pretty much the only fast food I still eat. It's cheap, quick and tastes good for the price.

Plus, there's the looks people give you when you say you "had dicks for lunch". If they're from here, they know. Otherwise they wonder why you decided to share that intimate detail.
