Hi guys,

So, since I am new, I am not too informed about the best places to eat. Would you all mind providing your opinions for these areas?

Green Lake
Bellevue
Redmond
Issaquah
Kirkland/Woodinville

Personally, I am looking to find some good (but moderately priced) eateries that serve Asian, BBQ, Mexican (though, speaking with guilt, I like American-Mexican such as Taco Time ). I try to avoid spicy items though.

Everybody has different opinions on best resturants. We have lots and lots of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vet Namese, Mexican and even Toco Time. Just find your own flavor. Actually, these days Kentucky Fried Chicken is now Mexican, because the servers will not understand much English.

The best place for sandwiches/subs is Red Rock in Everett. Unfortunately they only have one location.

Really, half the fun is finding the best by trial and error. We have been here 20 years and still have not found all of the best restaurants. In Kirkland we like Anthony's, on the Lake WA waterfront. Green Lake try Rosita's Mexican on Woodlawn. Sichuan Cuisine on NE24th in Bellevue. I think Pomegranate Bistro is the best in Redmond. Not much to look at from outside but great food, a very diverse cuisine. In Issaquah there are many good restaurants but none that I would consider "must go." For Italian, I think the best is here
in Sammamish, Ristorante Simone.
