I am pretty sure my neighbor next door is doing child day care work for kids age between 2-10. I saw the sign (handwriting on a A4 paper) at its front door and there are a bunch of toys at its back yard. Everyday between 11am to 7pm, there are always kids playing and yelling at its back yard.( I saw at least 11 kids once.)

State law allows for small daycares run out of homes. They are called "Family Child Day Cares" and are allowed in single family areas. The applicable law can be found at
