Get over it. Many of us have endured 'selfish politics' for decades, while fueling the PNW with jobs, taxes, revenue that WA state is so eager to rape us of. Anger has not set in yet (after 30+ yrs and hundreds of thousands of dollars of getting beaten down by WA 'politics')

That's Life... like it or leave it (now legal to do so in WA, thanks to 90% funding of YES campaign from Oregon interests (it's just politics )

btw, I'm not a coal proponent and been energy independent since the 70's, (no OPEC).
No, you're just a pretentious a sshole.

P.S. I was born and raised in Southern Missouri and I've only lived here for 6 months, I don't think that quite gives me the right to be grouped with the Seattle citizens just yet, but thanks for playing.

Yeah, it was pretty stupid not to mention the impact of jet flight on global climate change. That is higher than the contribution by coal.

Europeans want taxes on jet flights, but Obama is against it!

Wow,do you think it is all about getting yours first!

I'm just curious. Do you get pissed off every time a politician lies? If you did, you'd be a rage a holic.
Is anybody going to remember McKinley's comments a month from now? Do you think his comments are going to change anybody's minds? I don't. I still don't know why McGinn chose to testify. He's not going to get elected to higher office, and unlikely even to get re-elected Mayor. And Representative McKinley? He'll always be a nobody elected official. I think it's fine for him to defend coal. He may be wrong, but that's his constituents bread and butter. But bringing Seattle into it and it's crime rate have absolutely nothing to do with coal, and the information he stated was wrong. We might have a lot of criminals, but West Virginia has more morons.

Eh, that's okay. Boeing will be completely out of Washington by 2030, then what will you ***** about, dear old east-sider?

Do I get mad every time a politician lies? Eh, just depends. Depends on what they are lying about.

We need a balanced approach to global climate change. Coal is not my favorite energy source, but NOBODY wants to talk about the elephant in the room that is high altitude combustion.

Your comment is so West Virginia....except you want to protect your industry instead of theirs.

lol my comment is not "so West Virginia".

I didn't defend Boeing in any way. I said they will be gone in ~20 years, how is that defending or protecting them? I can't honestly wait for Boeing to get up on and out of here. Let more software companies develop and I'd be just as happy. I think Boeing plays Washington every chances it gets.
