Default Cedar Falls or Other Inexpensive Rural Areas?

I'm also looking to relocate - I'm expecting an offer any day. However, I'm used to a very, inexpensive rural area of the country. So, I have been reading these threads for weeks, and I'm starting to question where I was going to live there. Does anyone know about Cedar Falls? Or any other rural area thats is not so expensive?

Cedar Falls? Does anybody live there anymore? I keep thinking it's kind of a ghost town.

It seems like I remember it originally being a camp where employees of the old Seattle City Light lived.

Yeah, I'd be interested in the responses you get to your inquiry.

I haven't heard of it, but you'll be happy to know 4/5ths of Washington state is rural and fairly inexpensive minus a few taxes.
