I DON'T KNOW WHY REALLY I'M HAVE BEEN FALLEN IN LOVE SEATTLE CITY ?
CAN ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME ,,, WHY ?
I NEVER HAD SEE IT BEFORE AND I DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT SEE IT IN FUTURE ,,
SO WHY ALL THAT LOVE CAN HAVE ALL OF ME WITH OUT SEEN ??

I'm pretty sure that he's speaking metaphorically. I think he's saying that he has never been to Seattle yet he loves it very much and doesn't understand why our city left such a good impression on him.

Your comment tells me you've clearly never been to Seattle in the winter.
It may be typically rainy, the winters in Seattle, but there are nice clear blue skies as well.

Well Perry Como says "The bluest skies you have ever seen are in Seattle" in his song "Seattle"...that seems like pretty irrefutable evidence to me.

I vividly remember experiencing my first crisp blue Seattle winter sky ringed by the brilliantly snow-covered mountains on the horizon - after having lived in Seattle for almost half a year at that point. It was (to me) astonishing. So, I get it!
