There's the hole in the wall all Werewolf Sportsbar -- a little seedy, but comfortable. A place for wings, beer, and of course the game. They don't even kick you out if you're not rooting for the hometeam. -- I was thinking Belltown perhaps?--
Werewolves are the blue collar monster. I'd put that bar in Georgetown and make it like Jules Mae -

The Tourist trap Vampire bar where "normal" people go to walk on the dark side and buy overpriced drinks. I was thinking downtown Seattle, someplace near the water but dont know what the area's called.
If it's really a tourist trap, you've got two choices: Pike Place Market or Pioneer Square. There is a cobblestone alley that runs through/under the Market (Post Alley) and there is a bar in that alley. I'd base it on that - it's just a little out of the way from where most tourists go, even though they are just upstairs, and it feels dangerous and dark at night time. Here is a VR tour of Post Alley -
Virtual Tour of Post Alley - VR Seattle . The bar I'm thinking of is the Alibi Room

The all supernatural Irish Pub. Comfy, clean, unassuming, kick back. Out of the way...
I'd put this bar as just a neighborhood bar, someplace like Fiddler's Inn in Wedgewood, Reading Gaol in Ballard or someplace on Phinney Ridge. These are all neighborhood locations and don't tend to attract a lot of people from outside the neighborhood, which sounds like what you want.
A very posh upscale all Vampire Club. Undergound (the top level's a fancy bar). No clue where this would be....
If you want very, very posh, mimic Canlis. It is a restaurant on the north end of Queen Anne hill overlooking Lake Union with a view to the north. The place has been a Seattle tradition for decades. You could have a similar restaurant or bar with an underground lair. There is another place called Ponti, near the Fremont Bridge that is fancy and has a nice view of the ship canal. And there is a funeral home next door.
The obvious choice for this is Pioneer Square, but there aren't many posh places in that part of town.
