Default Newcastle?

Has anyone out there ever lived in Newcastle? I'm interested to know about the schools, commute to downtown Seattle, neighborhoods with views, etc. Anything you care to share.

How does it compare to Issaquah and/or Snowqualmie?

I know many who have or are living there now. The schools will either be in the Bellevue school district or the Renton school district depending on your location.

Commute to Seattle is relatively good in that you're close to both I-405 and I-90. There is good bus service in the area and several Park and Rides you can use with the multi-story Eastgate Park and Ride not too far away ...EXCELLENT bus service from Eastgate P&R to downtown.

There are several neighborhoods with views. I'm trying to recall the neigborhood one of my friends is in ...I think it's Washington Heights, or something similar. I'll see if I can confirm that and get back to you.
