Hi Chris. "Best" is a subjective opinion, and you're the only one who knows what you mean by "best". There are so many apartment buildings in Capitol Hill that 20 people will have 20 different opinions. What are you looking for?
- Close to what?
- Older Victorian or Tudor?
- Very new and modern?
- Large rooms? or doesn't matter?
- How many rooms?
- Fireplace?
- Trees?

If you give us information on which to base an answer, we could be more helpful to you.
