Question RealEstate in Bothell WA 98012
We bought our independent house in Dec 2005 thinking that we will get some good profit when we sell our house. Seeing the Realestate market in the whole USA, I get a feeling that we might loose some money in this house. What do you think about the current Realestate market in WA 98012 and where it will be be 2-3 years....(that is when we are planning to sell the house)

Seattleborn is on a distinguished road
We just moved from there about a year ago. And then, it was really hard to sell our house. There is a lot of inventory, and the traffic congestion is going to get much worse. Sorry to be the doom of gloom.
