Hey there...

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on good websites to use when searching for rentals (houses/apts) in Seattle. I've been checking Craigslist frequently, but most posts are in surrounding cities, not Seattle proper. Also, generally the sites like rent.com/apartments.com don't even show current rentals but just list buildings.

What about day to day listings for houses and apts in the city, any advice? Maybe some magazines or readers I don't know of?

Thanks!

Hi, I looked on move.com and they have actual available units listed for some of the buildings--you might want to try that. Otherwise, I think you can call any realtor in the Seattle area and ask for a catalog listing units/houses for sale. Another idea might be to check online for Seattle's newspaper--see if they have a online classifieds section. Good luck!

I was about to suggest the same thing. This site is sponsored by the Seattle Times and Post-Intelligencer:

NWapartments: Seattle apartment rentals, house rental listings, rental classifieds and other property rentals in Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue and other Washington areas, cities and neighborhoods
