Major agriculture areas surrounding Mt. Vernon, Yakima, Wenatchee, Tri-Cities, which require pickers. Also wine country around Walla Walla.

There is a decent sized Hispanic pocket in South Park. A pretty out of the way neighborhood but I used to work at Old Dominion off of 99 and was somewhat familiar with the area.

White Center, just west of South Park and south of Seattle, has a 23% Hispanic population.

Yes Burien has a ton of Hispanics and authentic restaurants where most of the clientelle and staff speak mostly Spanish. White Center and South Park are also very high Hispanic communities. But like someone else said the highest percentage of Hispanics are in central Washington. Many at one time were migrant workers who love the area and pick the apples and other produce in the summer. Pasco, Richland, Kennewick (the Tri-Cities), Yakima, Wenatchee, and every little town inbetween has a high ratio of Hispanics. The Seattle area really doesn't have any dangerous areas anymore.....compared to most cities of it's size it's very tame.

Not trying to sound racist or anything, but Seattle is pretty empty on Mexicans unless you walk into a Ross Dress for Less or Target. Especially the ones on 3rd and Pike.

Donwind, Centro de la Raza is a great hub of Hispanic culture in Seattle if you want to get more involved: El Centro de la Raza | The Center for People of All Races

OP: Southern Snohomish County.

My grandmother's formerly completely white bread neighborhood SE of Everett, is now becoming a little semi-barrio.

Beacon Hill, White Center and SE King County (Renton, Kent, Auburn) certainly are all places that have noticeable Hispanic communities.
