Very impressed with the new station on Broadway in Capitol Hill. Clean, well staffed, frequent trains, and a good number of riders. It seems like thus far in the 3 days since opening, they have prevented all the homeless from camping inside. Also no urine odor as yet.

I agree it is great - I rode it last weekend it was the first time Seattle felt like a true big city. It was amazing that it took just 3 min to get downtown.

Our mass transit (or lack of it) has been the butt of many jokes over the years. This is a great development though, make no mistake.

I've already warned my family that we will ride the Link extension when we visit Seattle in April, just because.

Capitol Hill Seattle reported yesterday that work will begin on the Judkins Park station for east-west line in summer 2017.

I'm glad they're expanding the light rail system. Should have been done decades ago but it's great that they're doing it now.
