Most minimum wage people do not get 401Ks, health insurance, paid holidays, vacations, parking or free food. Some might get free food, but usually not the good stuff.

Actually you might be surprised there are companies (restaurants) that provide all benefits including free food.

30-40 years ago, there were many more unionized restaurants than there are now. They were provided with medical benefits. The old Dog House restaurant was unionized.

I was a unuionized waitress at the Congo Room on Broadway on Capitol Hill. We got a paid break and free food, but only from a very limited menu of cheap items. No 401Ks, paid any days off, medical, parking nor any of the other supposed benefits these minimum wagers are claiming to be loosing.
