They just built a second mall, actually. A few stores closed shop at the old mall to move to the new one.

Also: it's only a mall. Is that really going to be the dealbreaker for you? Commute from Silverdale to Bremerton is like 10 minutes, depending on where you're coming from and where you're going. It would make more sense to me if I lived close to work, and chose to drive an hour to a better mall once in a while, rather than live close to a big mall and drive an hour to work every day. But that's just me.

Bainbridge to Bremerton.

Bainbridge is probably about an hour to Bremerton, maybe more, and very expensive.
Poulsbo would be a better choice in North Kitsap--30 minutes to Bremerton and cheaper than Bainbridge.

University Place to Bremerton

University Place/Tacoma to Bremerton isn't terrible, but it'll still be at least an hour if you hit traffic (each way). Maybe closer to 45 minutes without traffic.

Ballard to Bremerton (Can you go even north?)

Ballard is a neighborhood in Seattle. Not a great commute. 30m by bus, an hour by ferry, plus wait times and whatever commute you have from the ferry terminal.

(Bellevue or Renton still Issaquah district are too far commute right?!)

I would say so. They all involve 2+ hours of driving, or close to an hour of driving, plus an hour on the ferry.

Port Orchard? I don't know... You can live in Bremerton, too, you know? It's not the nicest, but you can find some good deals on fixer-upper houses.

Really, try to work and live on the same side, in the same county. 4 hours a day commuting would suck.
