I am moving to Seattle from Russia. I am retired and looking for a good neighbor to live in. I am looking for a house. I would like to stay away from the "crack heads" I have heard so much about. I have heard a lot of negative things about Seattle, there has to be some good in your city. Please help me find these areas. Please no "old folks" homes.
