We have coyotes where we live in Salem, OR. Noisy howlers.

We would like to be closer to son in Seattle. Issaquah will take as long to get to downtown Seattle as it does from Oregon to Seattle via Amtrak.

Well, to be fair... you did mention "Eastside" so I made an assumption. If Issaquah => Seattle is slower than Amtrak => OR then you'll definitely are sure to stay west of Lake Washington

I'm talking about Seattle proper, not the outlying cities like Tukwila, Renton, etc. Although the number is shrinking, Seattle is still one of the "whitest" major cities in the US. I believe only Portland, Oregon and Omaha, Nebraska are ahead.

The number is not shrinking. Seattle proper is getting whiter.

I think there should be a special tax on white people moving into Seattle proper. This is getting ridiculous.

I think there's more good than harm from the Chinese buyers coming into Seattle...it brings in more money to develop the area and also funds jobs in real estate and construction.

Foreigners buy hyperinflated homes while americans sleep on the streets. Can they rent them out? Wait till we are all tennants to foreign landlords in homes we will never be able to afford🔣

Don't know about you, but, "If you can't fight'em, Join them."
