Tobester, it isn't an established term, I just mean the area a bit south of the cool shopping area. If you look at comps (as you might imagine as it is a little farther from downtown), prices there can be a little lower there versus on the north side of Colimbis City closer to the Mount Baker area.

Think Hilman City. In general, however, the "north end" of the North End (north of 85th) is now more affordable compared to the South End. Just not very walkable - no light rail/no sidewalks.
