I've got some seriously nice winter clothes I will never wear again - not trendy, but quality youthful stuff, short wool skirts, boiled-wool cape, things like that, and I wonder if you shop in or sell to consignment stores in Seattle or north. I've found several, but it's always better to go from a recommendation.

So if you have any suggestions, I'll be checking back often. Thanks!

My experience is that they won't take anything more than around 2 years old. They want items that are with current trends. I had the best luck with one on Queen Anne Hill; they seemed to be the most flexible about the date of the pieces.

Thanks, you two! I was thinking Queen Anne, and now Ruth, you've confirmed it. And I'm for sure going to make an appt with Fury Consignment in Madison Valley. Based on their web site, it looks like they might like my stuff. Fingers crossed.
