Finishing up my first year here as a transplant I can honestly say it hasn't really impacted me. I could be happy anywhere that's just me. My wife on the other hand is a LA girl, and even she said its not that bad. On a recent trip to CA it rained everyday lol.... Even the family dog doesnt mind walking in the rain now, a year ago I had to drag him out even if it was sprinkling. I will admit I am ready for summer, and might I add summers here are like no other!!!

A few more horrible wet and cold winters and the herd moving to Seattle might have second thoughts about the area.

Even the worst conditions have a valuable aspect, if you stop to think. Bring on whatever the weather has just to douse the hot real estate market and clogged highways.
