Can anyone recommend several shops to look for used bikes? My husband wants a bike to get to the bus and back (so it needs to be pretty light to get on the bus's bike rack). Don't need to be special (other than it being light). Don't want to pay much especially since he'll be riding around Seattle and it'll likely be stolen anyway.
