I almost got pissed on by a crazy homeless lady walking through Capitol Hill one night. She squatted down and as I was walking a giant stream of **** just missed my legs by a foot or so. I suddenly came to a halt and looked at her and was like WHAT THE F***!!!!!
She told me, "Hey, sometimes you just gotta go"..
Yes, Seattle has a big problem with human excrement and urination on its sidewalks. Literally, some homeless will just **** and crap right in front of you and have no care, whatsoever.
I agree these are the symptoms of a progress and liberal run city.
I guess the new saying can be, "In Seattle, The World is Your Toilet".

There are plenty of larger U.S. cities where the problem isn't as nearly as bad: Chicago, Houston, Dallas, San Diego, Austin, Charlotte.
