Funny, I just noticed that too, that the poster five years ago stated that Auburn was in Pierce County. So I did a little research, and ya know what? Part of Auburn is in Pierce County( weird, huh?), and the city is served by not only Metro and Sound Transit, but Pierce Transit runs a route from the downtown Auburn Sounder station to Lakeland Hills. Evidently Lakeland Hills runs on both sides of the county border. Who knew?

Just got out my map and you are right! I'm gonna do a little research and try to find out what caused that little quirk. Same thing with Bothell - most in King County but part is in Snohomish.

205th st. is supposed to be the dividing line that defines the border b/w King and Snohomish.

I have a friend however, who lives in Bothell area on 203rd street but is in Snohomish County. Even my dad who works in the P.O. is weirded out by that (and he's also said the Pierce county line is just odd, too incoherently jagged).
