Lynnwood does have a nice mall called the Alderwood mall and 2 nice Fred Meyers as well as a Whole Foods.

That's true. The transit connection to Seattle tends to emphasize commute hours. Not sure how good/frequent the weekend service is.

Someone here on city-data Washington was predicting a real estate bubble burst for Seattle. I don't see it happening - annonymous0381 - when you see what you want, jump on it! Your values will continue to grow after that, so buying in Seattle really does follow the old suit about real estate, that is, it's a good investment for you. You can count on it.
